  • FBI Field Office Cyber Task Forces
    Submit reports of cybercrimes such as computer intrusions, attacks, fraud, intellectual property theft, identity theft, trade secret theft, criminal hacking, terrorist activities, espionage, sabotage, or other foreign intelligence operations.
  • Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
    File reports of individual cybercrime incidents with the IC3, which accepts complaints from victims and third parties alike.

    Report cyber intrusions and significant cybercrimes requiring evaluation, investigation, or coordination with local federal law enforcement field offices or the Federal Government.
  • Secret Service Field Offices and Electronic Crimes Task Forces (ECTFs)
    Report cybercrimes involving computer intrusions, attacks, malicious code distribution, password trafficking, or theft of payment card and financial payment data.
  • HSI Tip Line, HSI Field Offices, HSI Cyber Crimes Center
    Report cyber-enabled crimes, including digital intellectual property theft, illicit e-commerce (e.g., dark web marketplaces), online proliferation of arms or strategic technology, child pornography, or cyber-facilitated smuggling and money laundering. Contact immediately if urgent.
  • United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT)
    Report suspected or confirmed cyber incidents, especially when the affected party seeks government assistance to remove threats, restore operations, or enhance security measures.
